BE SLEEPY is the perfect bedtime drink with Lavender which helps support children and adults have a more restful night’s sleep.
Coupled with Chamomile and Magnesium, plus Montmorency Cherry and L-Theanine.
For centuries lavender has been used to help support a more restful sleep, reducing restlessness and contributing to a good night’s sleep.
We give our children a glass of this, mixed with milk, an hour or two before bed.
It's also lovely mixed into a smoothie or a yoghurt.

Each packet contains 5x2g sachets. We’d recommend a child aged 3-12 has one sachet a night, mixed with 100ml of full fat milk one hour before bed. (or blended into a smoothie with half a banana and milk, or mixed into yoghurt). Ideally do this 5 nights in a row as Be Sleepy works best cumulatively.
