I was advised I would be refunded for a subscription which I had cancelled online but still went ahead. Refund never turned up and it was somehow turned around on me to be my fault. Baffling way to treat customers.

I really think this is a good product. I’ve ordered several boxes now and given it to my children to help them recover post covid. We mix it into shop brought smoothie and I call it unicorn drink because of the pink colour. I have given 4 stars not 5 because with two children it does work out quite costly. I would love to give it to them more regularly but cannot afford to do so. For us it’s great as a ‘boost’ of extra vitamins.

We noticed since we received the non-compostable sachets a change in flavour & smell. We preferred the taste of the compostable sachets. We’ll continue using though as they seem to be keeping the bugs at bay.

I never received my £33 order. Despite reporting it to LL where they tracked it & said ‘Royal Mail were experiencing delays’ it has not turned up three weeks on. I have received all my other orders from other small businesses & We use Royal Mail ourselves to send our own products & haven’t had any delays with Royal Mail so this is odd. They have sent me two ‘complimentary’ packets but not replaced or refunded my original order. What’s most irritating is I keep now receiving emails prompting me to re order as I must have finished the original products. For a small company who say they rely on good feedback I find this really disappointing. I was recommending the company on my Insta page but don’t feel confident enough in them to do so now.
