FAQs
1. What are your new products?
Our natural remedies are an innovative range of children's supplements, in powdered form, in compostable sachets that make delicious drinks to keep our children well.
We are launching three products that I've wanted for years, they didn't exist so I created them.
- BE WELL to boost their immune systems
- BE SETTLED to calm upset stomachs
- BE SLEEPY for a more restful night’s sleep
They were created by Lizzie King, nutritional health coach, chef and mother of three. They are single servings of powdered formulas that come in portable, compostable sachets that you just add to water, stir and drink.

Lizzie Loves Be Well and Be Settled are suitable for children from 12 months, Be Sleepy from age 3. Please see pack for serve details. They're also really good for older children and adults too.
5. Is your packaging recyclable?
All our packaging is plastic free, sustainably produced and sourced with care so we are treading as lightly on the planet as possible.
We're thrilled to introduce the first compostable sachets in the UK. After use just add them to your food bin or compost.
All of our cartons are 100% recyclable.
6. What is the Alexandra Rose Charity
We're really proud to be working with the Alexander Rose Foundation, who have set up an innovative scheme that provides low income families with vouchers to buy fresh fruit and vegetables from their local markets.
5% of all profits go to the Alexandra Rose Charity, providing fresh fruit and veg to low income families
£3 provides one child with fruit and vegetables for a week, so buying a carton of our products is giving healthy food to families without.
