EUROPEAN SHIPPING;

Express and Standard Services are now available

We are able to offer an Express Courier Service and a Postal Road Service. Please note that postal delivery times might take longer than usual.  Any Customs, Taxes and Administration charges will be your responsibility and will need to be paid before delivery. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS IN CASE CUSTOMS INVOICES END UP THERE. If your order is returned a restock fee of £15.00 will be charged.

Please track your parcel using their apps or the tracking number on your shipping confirmation.

Only EU countries are affected. Shipping continues as normal for all other customers.

RETURNS

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

Returns process;

  1. Please email hello@lizzie-loves.com with your order number and details of which product/s you would like to return.
  2. Customer Services will send you a RMA form.
  3. Please complete the RMA form, and return with the products to the address below.  Please ensure that you get proof of postage.

  1. We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method. If your card has expired in the mean time you need to email us at hello@lizzie-loves.com to arrange a different refund method.
  2. Please note in the unlikely event that a product is lost in the post, subject to our assessment of evidence provided, we will offer to send a replacement of that order.
