BE SETTLED provides digestive support for adults and children. It is a blend of activated charcoal from coconuts, apple and peppermint.
Key ingredients:
- Activated charcoal made from coconut shells and ground to a fine powder
- Apple powder
- Peppermint
Made with Activated Charcoal from coconuts it make a deep black drink when mixed with water.
It doesn't taste of much and it looks like nothing else.
Mix with 100ml of water for children aged 4 plus.

A long time fan of this remedy, however the addition of strong mint flavour means my children won’t drink this now - such a shame! Back to making it with apple juice and capsules for us!

Does what it says on the tin
I have followed Lizzie for a while so I had made this drink myself following the instructions from the blog and it always worked but getting it into kids was a bit of a struggle... these sachets are brilliant, they even taste nice and I think the colourful sachet will draw the kids in. Thanks!
