Sometimes we need a delicious tipple, that isn't full of sweet mixers and no flavour. And this is the BOMB.
Using an incredibly pretty, and citrus infused French vermouth called Lillet. And I've finagled a way of making it sugar free - which for a cocktail is pretty special as they're usually mixed with bags of it. A friend came to visit me recently from Bermuda, and her and her husband turned up for dinner with a flask of this nectar. And a Bermudian lemon in their luggage to go with it! We were totally blown away, it's my drink of the summer, I can not get enough of it.
