Raw Chocolate Orange Iced Brownies
When you want a gooey chocolate hit, without waiting for baking or fussing, these are just the ultimate. They're sticky and so chocolatey with a proper zesty orange kick that cuts through the richness, and means you can eat more.
Be afraid, they are incredibly addictive.
Blitz ingredients for brownies in magimix until it forms a sticky ball. Flatten into a baking tray and freeze while you make frosting.
Frosting
Blitz all in processor until soft and icing like. Spread over brownies.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
- 2 cups ground almonds
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 2 oranges, zest, 1 orange, juice
- 1 1/2 cups dates pitted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cacao/cocoa powder
- 1 orange zest
- 1 orange juice
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 4 tbsp rice syrup
- 3tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
