Peanut Butter & Chocolate Sauced Oatie Pancakes
Just the fastest pancakes from cupboard to table, and with the most DIVINE sauce that I’ve turned into chocolate treats this evening too.
Best cocoa powder ever:
Callebaut cocoa powder - 1kg bag
And the ultimate nut butter makers. These kilo tubs are my life saver:
Pip & Nut Peanut Butter, 1 kg(Pack of 2)
Place oats into a magimix and blitz for about a minute until a meal forms – a course flour texture. Then add the remaining ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
Heat a pan with a splash of oil and ladle the batter mixture in. Flipping after a minute or so until golden brown.
Heat the coconut oil in a small pan over a low heat. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and whisk together until combined thoroughly.
Place pancakes on a plate and drizzle liberally with killer chocolate sauce!
Any remaining sauce can be poured into moulds, frozen and eaten as little raw chocolate treats later in the week!
