1/4 tsp vanilla paste (or extract)

Large pinch grated nutmeg

Pinch ground turmeric

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 medjool date, pitted

1 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 heaped tbsp cashews

2 ice cubes
