Brew your regular coffee, or make a decaf or Dandy Blend the chicory root coffee substitute that I had when I was pregnant and loved:
Home Naturals Dandy Blend - Instant Dandelion Beverage - 7.05 Oz
Add all of the rest of the ingredients to your blender and whizz up for 10-15 seconds until creamy and frothy looking - you can add milk, cream or butter too if you fancy a creamier one.
Pour into a pretty glass and sip for great morning energy boost.

Whizz everything up in a blender - use a regular banana if your blender can't take a frozen one - and drink up!
