Cinnamon Star Apple Crisps
Super simple and fast but really makes a little ol apple taste amazing and amazingly christmassy! Especially with the pretty stars you get from the core.
Set the oven to 140. Slice the apples as thinly as you can horizontally, or use a mandolin.

Place them on a couple of lined baking sheets and dust lightly with cinnamon.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, check them, turn them and return to the oven for another 10-15 depending on the thickness, but watch them as they can catch at the edges.
- 4 apples (or more)
- Pinch of cinnamon
