Caramel Choc Chip Blondies
Vanilla scented and studded with warm choc chips, these are a teatime treat from heaven. They're a one tray bake since, that I rustled up for a playdate in a panic with nothing to take and no time to shop.
Trust me these are amazing! And they're protein rich from the secret ingredient -chickpeas! Give them a try and see if you can't stop making them.
Pour the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk the eggs together with the vanilla, and tip into the bowl.
Melt the butter, then combine it together with the rest of the ingredients, folding with a wooden spoon. Lastly add the choc chips at the last minute.
Scrape the mixture int a parchment lined Square 8 inch cake tin.
