Each packet contains 5x2g sachets. We’d recommend a child aged 3-12 has one sachet a of BE SLEEPY each night, mixed with 100ml of full fat milk one hour before bed. (or blended into a smoothie with half a banana and milk, or mixed into yoghurt). Ideally do this 5 nights in a row as Be Sleepy works best cumulatively.

Both my children (4 and 7) and I have tried, and bought again, the Be Sleepy pink powders. They are plastic free, pretty to look at, and taste good. We all feel we slept better - and who doesn't need a bit more sleep! We are going to try the Be Well sachets too, as they were on special offer. Thanks Lizzie!

The sleep powders were excellent at calming the boys before bed, helping them to unwind and relaxing them but they didn’t help with getting them to sleep or them sleeping through the night. I would buy these products again if they are on offer because they were effective in our pre-bedtime routine. I however, am still looking for a miracle to get my boys to sleep more than a few hours.
