- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1 Cup plus 2 tbsp Almond Milk
- Strawberries and almonds to serve
Method
The best instant breakfast or pudding to grab out of the fridge after a little steeping overnight.
Pour dry ingredients into a large jar or pot and stir to combine. Whisk wet ingredients together in a mug and pour over, stirring thoroughly. Add a smashed strawberry or blueberry, cover and let sit for 2 hours up to overnight in the fridge. Packed with Aztec magic from the chia seeds this will fill up small tummies and keep them going for ages.
