I’ve followed Lizzie on insta for a while now and have used these sachets during lockdown to help with sleep and nutrition. Inspired by the wellness download, I ordered some more in anticipation as return to school was looming. Well the inevitable happened and my son returned from school yesterday with a stinking cold. Runny nose and sneezing. One sachet of Be Well given yesterday and then one this morning has done the trick. He’s feeling and sounding so much better and doesn’t mind the taste at all. The Be Sleepy has been very helpful with the grown ups in the house. I’ve used it for myself and my husband. My husband doesn’t like the taste but I don’t mind it. I think it’s better mixed with milk. Haven’t tried Be Settled but it’s there, ready if I need it. It’s just nice to have some back up. Thanks Lizzie

Bought this set of three for our first trip out of town after lockdown. i was so worried that my 5 year old daughter Lily would have problems sleeping in the hotel. She went to sleep an hour after she had Be Sleepy in some milk with her story. The next day I gave her Be Well for breakfast to keep her vitamin intake up which she loved. Thanks Lizzie!
