- 1 Cup Almond milk or Rice milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract or equivalent powder
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
Blend first 3 ingredients in a powerful blender until totally smooth. Pour half into a jug. Add the strawberries, reserving one. Blend til smooth. Pour the strawberry mixture halfway up the lolly moulds and put in freezer. After about half an hour, insert lolly sticks into semi frozen mix and return to freezer to harden, about another half an hour. Pour vanilla mix on top, and push down one or two sliced fresh strawberry pieces making sure they are pressed against the side so you can see them. Freeze til solid.
