Vanilla Almond milk

  • 1 Cup Almonds
  • 600 ml filtered water
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 Vanilla Pod
  • Optional dash of maple syrup or honey to taste
Soak the almonds in twice their volume of water overnight. Rinse them well. Blend for a few minutes with filtered water and salt in powerful blender. Scrape seeds from pod and add. Pour the milk into a glass bottle with the empty vanilla pod to infuse. Add honey/maple syrup to taste.
