Immune Boost Pesto

With potent raw garlic, loads of greens and just seeds, this has the best combination of powerful nutritional heavy weights to really give your immune system a kick, your vitamin levels a ramp up and an energy boost. Have it on everything.
  • 1 Cup toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 big bunch basil chopped (30g ish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • Water as needed
Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for 2/3 mins. Place herbs, garlic, seeds, grapeseed oil in processor and blitz. Drizzle in olive oil. Add water to loosen as needed.
