Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry pan for 2/3 mins. Place herbs, garlic, seeds, grapeseed oil in processor and blitz. Drizzle in olive oil. Add water to loosen as needed.
- 1 Cup toasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 big bunch basil chopped (30g ish)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- Water as needed
