Golden Turmeric Latte

A creamy, golden milk treat to sip on in the morning, sunny or not.
Turmeric and ginger are crazy powerful antiviral and anti inflammatories so the perfect thing after not enough sleep, or feeling that you're going down with something. If you're knackered, needing a pick me up without the coffee, give this a go.
Totally delicious with a lovely aromatic kick. Most teas are made steeping the goodies in water but here the whole lot is ground into the drink so you get the maximum potency out of it.
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped turmeric
- 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Cup oat milk
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 - 1 tsp honey
- 1 large pinch ground cinnamon
Add al the ingredients to a small pan, heat gently for a few minutes and then blend in a high-powered blender to create a frothy, golden drink to kick start your day.
