Chocolate pots - two ways
When you need a speedy pud these are a fabulous chocolate hit with no fuss and lots of flavour and goodness. The first one is an instant, creamy pot that happens to be vegan.
The second version requires a few more minutes work but is so delicious and fully chocolate packed. try them out and see which one works for you.
Instant Vegan Chocolate Pots
Serves 3
Blend all ingredients up and serve! Add more or less milk for consistency.

Speedy Chocolate Mousse
This version is richer and darker and involves a bit of whipping but for me it's the best dinner party treat.
Serves 4
In a bain marie, bowl above a pan of simmering water, melt the chocolate carefully. Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form in a separate bowl. Add the boiling water to the melted chocolate, then wish in the egg yolks until thickened. Fold in the egg whites carefully and spoon the mousse into small individual ramekins. Store in the fridge until needed.
- 1 avocado
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 100ml almond milk
- 200g V Dark Chocolate ( or melt cacao powder with coconut oil)
- 3 eggs separated
- 2 tbsp boiling water
