Berry Cherry Coconut Shake

This is a thirst quenching flavour packed beauty of a drink, we have it for breakfast, as a snack and frozen into lollies if there are leftovers. Mondays always seem to be a good day to start off with a smoothie, set the plan for the week and keep as free of bugs and full of energy as possible.
  • 3 Cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 Cup frozen blackberries (or available berries)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp milled goji, linseeds (Linwoods healthfoods do great packets of milled seeds
  • Optional scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds to top (not for small infants for risk of choking)
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend for a minute or two. Drink straight away, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 hours, or freeze into lolly moulds.
