We created this best-selling formula for better nights, with calm and rest at its heart. And whilst it was designed with ease and practicality in mind, like our other remedies, to simply pour the single serve sachet into a glass and stir to drink, we’ve found some other beautiful ways of incorporating into our evenings.

- The Dreamy Yoghurt
For those who don’t want to drink their Be Sleepy, adding it into yoghurt can help up the relaxing effects, as the calcium it provides means the brain can use the tryptophan within dairy to create melatonin.
1 sachet Be Sleepy
¼ cup natural yoghurt
Stir a sachet of Be Sleepy through a bowl of natural yoghurt.
- The Sleepy Smoothie
The dream combination of sleep-inducing nutrients with muscle-relaxing potassium from banana, tryptophan containing oats and berries.
1 sachet Be Sleepy
1 banana
Handful berries, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp oats
200 ml milk of choice
Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately
- The Bedtime Milkshake
Milk contains the amino acid tryptophan, a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin, which makes the simplest serve here a winning combination for a good night of rest.

200 ml milk of choice
Using a hand blender or processor whisk ingredients until frothy, with either warm or cold milk.
