- 3 Bananas
- 2 tbsp almond Butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup slivered Almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 Cup oats
- ¼ cup Quinoa Flakes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
